Meet John McArdle, the founder and driving force behind McArdle Property Limited, a company dedicated to creating quality new homes across the North West. John's passion for property was ignited early on, influenced by his parents' development projects, including a successful self-build in Formby. After 15 successful years as a commercial lawyer, John decided to pursue his passion in 2021, establishing McArdle Property Limited. Since then, the company has undertaken a diverse range of projects, including single buy-to-lets, houses of multiple occupancy (HMOs), commercial conversions, and blocks of flats.

John not only invests his own capital but also offers excellent returns to a select group of private investors, allowing for the revitalisation of tired properties.

His recent projects include developments in Southport, Oxton, Birkenhead, and Bootle.
